2. Vedic Astrology and Cosmic Compass Journey

Astrology readings and Cosmic Compass Journey experiences are intended for personal reflection, self-discovery, education, and spiritual exploration.

Astrology is presented as a tool for understanding personal patterns, gifts, challenges, and possibilities, rather than as a guarantee or prediction of specific outcomes.

3. Website Design and Creative Services

Website design projects are collaborative and based on the scope described in an accepted proposal or written agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing requested content, images, information, approvals, and access necessary to complete their projects.

Project timelines depend on the agreed scope, timely communication, and receipt of required materials.

Additional services, revisions, or features outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

Website hosting, domain registration, Wix subscriptions, and third-party application fees are separate unless explicitly included in a written agreement.

4. Payments and Pricing

Prices are displayed or communicated before purchase or booking.

Payment schedules, deposits, installment arrangements, and balances for website projects will be specified in individual agreements.

Astrology sessions and other experiences may require advance payment to confirm a reservation.

Applicable taxes and third-party processing fees, where relevant, will be disclosed during checkout or in the applicable agreement.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may vary by service and will be provided at booking or in the applicable client agreement.

For website design projects, deposits, payments for completed work, cancellation arrangements, and any applicable refunds are governed by the signed project agreement.

For astrology sessions and experiences, the cancellation and rescheduling policy presented at booking will apply.

If a service must be rescheduled or canceled by Tava Cherry, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative date or an appropriate refund for services not provided.

Nothing in these terms limits any nonwaivable consumer rights under applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original website content, written materials, photographs, graphics, educational resources, and creative works produced by Tava Cherry are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website visitors may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially use these materials without permission.

Ownership and usage rights for commissioned website designs, logos, branding, photography, and other client deliverables will be defined in the applicable project agreement.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any text, photographs, trademarks, or other materials supplied for their projects.

7. Portfolio and Testimonials

Completed projects, photographs, testimonials, or client information will be featured publicly only in accordance with applicable permissions, agreements, and legal requirements.

Clients may contact Tava Cherry regarding the use of their approved materials.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients and visitors agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, and use this website and its services lawfully.

Website design clients are responsible for reviewing and approving their completed website, including its content, functionality, and business-specific legal disclosures, before launch.

Clients are also responsible for maintaining their own website subscriptions, account security, and ongoing compliance obligations unless separately contracted for those services.

9. Third-Party Platforms

This website and certain services may rely on third-party platforms, including Wix, payment processors, scheduling systems, and other applications.

Tava Cherry is not responsible for interruptions, outages, policy changes, or other matters outside reasonable control relating to these independent providers.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Website design services do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, sales, customer inquiries, or business revenue.

Astrology and personal-development services do not guarantee specific life events, outcomes, or transformations.
